1. I like this picture. What can I do with it?

a. The most common action is to print it. There are three groups of print products available. The most simple is to order a print (available from mini-wallet size up to 24x36 inches).
b. Showcase offers several options of printing. One is directly onto canvas that is stretched over a frame, called “Gallery Wraps”. “Standout Displays” are prints mounted on a box with black or white edges.
c. Specialty products like puzzles and magnets
d. Fotoflōt (pronounced like Photo-float) is a new way to display your photos elegantly and without frames. It is an innovative magnetic mounting system allows you to avoid glare, glass, and frames while allowing you to swap photos in seconds. Images literally float off the wall or desk. Photos are printed on true photographic paper and mounted on a 1/8" acrylic base. Both are laser-trimmed to the size you choose and arrive ready to mount. Hardware and instructions are included.

2. Can I get pictures printed in new and creative ways?
a. Yes. When printing as Gallery Wrap, the image can be spread across 2 or more wraps so that the picture will be in pieces. The most common style is called Triptych, with 3 pieces usually divided horizontally. We can be flexible on how you divide up the image.
b. If you would like a print, a Gallery Wrap or some other product but in a size that is not offered standard, please call Wanderer’s Passion and we will work with you to get a truly astonishing product.
c. Framing and photo finishing services are offered.
3. Can I order prints for delivery outside of the USA and Canada?
a. Yes. The prints will be delivered by Photobox (London & Paris) and billing can be in one of several currencies.
4. Why should I buy a print from your site? Can’t I copy the photo from the gallery and send it to my own printer?
a. Although that may be possible for someone to do that, we trust our customers to be honest and accept value for fair compensation.
b. The images in the Gallery on the website are provided at a lower resolution for web display than the actual images that will be used for printing. Therefore, the prints ordered from the website will be of much higher quality.
5. What do I need to know before I order a print?
a. You need to have some idea how the print will be used. The size and the product type chosen should reflect the intended use.
b. Size will be the most critical question. Most Wanderer’s Passion images are provided in full frame in a 2x3 ratio of length and height. Therefore, full frame prints will be 8x12”, 12x18”, 20x30”, etc. Other sizes can be printed but some cropping will be required.
c. Several images are available in different size ratios. Several popular images are in panoramic dimensions and appropriate sizes should be carefully chosen.
d. If there is a problem with the product when received, please call Wanderer’s Passion and discuss with Customer Service for possible returns and refunds .
e. Shipping and sales tax will be added to the order for any products delivered within the USA and Canada. Appropriate costs will also be added for international orders.
6. Can I get personalized help to choose the right size and options for a print?
a. Yes, please call our customer service department to walk through suggestions, options and advice in order to place an order.
7. Should I hang photo prints where sunlight falls directly on the wall?

a. No, sunlight will fade a photo in a relatively short time. Please take care of your photo print to preserve it and make sure it will be bring you joy for a long time.

8. Can I order a print on your website and then frame it myself (or with another service)?
a. Yes, we will ship a print to you in packaging to protect it from harm. Take good care to keep it from accidently folding or finger prints. Get it mounted onto stiff backing and framed as soon as you can.

a. We will make every possible effort to respond to your query as soon as possible. Due to travel and other constraints, it would be possible to require more than a day.
